Goals and Improvement Plan
Goals and Learning Improvement Plan at Leader Composite School
The Continuous Improvement Framework (CIF) has been developed by the provincial government. This plan along with our mission, vision and guiding principles leads the division and staff in everything we do. The reporting for this plan takes place in two stages on a yearly basis. In May a plan is produced to guide key actions for upcoming school year. In October a report is produced to account for accomplishments of previous year’s plan. The plan is based on the four provincial priorities:
* Higher Literacy and Achievement.
* Equitable Opportunities and Outcomes for All.
* Smooth Transitions into and through the System.
* Governance, Facilities and System-Wide Accountability.
